Welcome at Wonen in Valencia
We understand better than anyone that you have fallen in love with this beautiful city and/or region and are you also thinking about buying a (second) home? It is quite exciting to buy a house abroad, I have also experienced that. How exactly does that work, what should I take into account? We are happy to guide you from A to Z: orientation, search, selection, viewing and the entire purchase process at the notary.
Our real estate agents were born and raised in Valencia. No-nonsense mentality and are happy to work with you on site to look for potentially suitable accommodation. In addition to visiting the accommodations, they also take the time to view the highlights of the city and surroundings. They find experiencing and discovering Spanish life just as important as buying your dream home.
Our goal is to provide excellent service, for that personal touch, and we offer you excellent after-sales service. If you want to rent out your accommodation, you can also contact us and we also offer property management, or the care and maintenance of your home when you are (temporarily) not there.

We kijken met ontzettend veel plezier en dankbaarheid terug op onze samenwerking met John als tussenpersoon bij de aankoop van onze woning in Valencia. Wat ons direct opviel, was zijn uitgebreide kennis van de stad én van alles wat bij een aankoop in Spanje komt kijken. Hij nam de tijd om ons de mooiste plekjes van Valencia te laten zien, en gaf ons tegelijkertijd eerlijk advies over wat wel en niet bij ons zou passen.
Waar wij zelf vastliepen was vooral op het gebied van (bureaucratische) financiën, aankoopprocedures, nutsvoorzieningen zoals water en elektriciteit. John wist alles tot in de puntjes te regelen. Hij dacht overal in mee en regelde het alsof het zijn eigen aankoop was. Het voelde echt alsof we er niet alleen voor stonden, en dat allemaal in het Nederlands, wat het nóg net iets prettiger maakte.
Dankzij John zijn we niet alleen een prachtig appartement rijker, maar ook een hele fijne ervaring. Wij zouden hem zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanraden die een woning zoekt in Valencia en behoefte heeft aan rust, overzicht en een betrokken expert aan zijn zijde.
